Newsletter Design Brief

LBMC needs 2 complementary employee newsletter header designs - 1) PC News and 2) the One. We are reimagining PC News to be a fresh, engaging, talent forward internal newsletter that reflects the energy, growth and commitment to our people at LBMC. This evolved design should be modern, dynamic and cohesive with LBMC’s brand, reinforcing that our people are at the center of everything we do. The newsletter will deliver essential company updates, culture highlights, employee spotlights, event news and more – ensuring that the largest component of LBMC – Tax, Audit and Advisory teams – stay informed and connected. The design should embrace a balance of professionalism and warmth, capturing our culture beyond accounting and inspiring engagement, growth and connection.
PC News will complement the One, a newsletter that serves all of LBMC and the LBMC Family of Companies, while serving as a dedicated and elevated resource, central internal communication tool for the company, ensuring employees sees their role in our collective success.
The colors on the previous banner were dated – we are looking for modern, engaging colors.
We are looking to refresh that one as well as the PC News header that replaces the attached 5x5 header - please don't use colors similar to the purple and green on this header.
