Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a fresh, modern logo for KTM Design, a property styling and interior design business specialising in preparing homes for sales and renovations. We want to retain the simplicity and elegance of the previous logo while giving it a more refined, updated feel.

Design Requirements:

✔ Typography-based logo – No additional symbols or graphic elements, just KTM Design as the logo.
✔ Minimalist & Stylish – Clean, modern, and timeless. The simplicity itself should make it feel high-end.
✔ Color Palette – Primarily Black & White, with an option to incorporate the blue we have used in the past. (see sample)
✔ Font Style – Open to ideas, but it should feel sophisticated and professional, with a focus on clean lines and balance.
✔ Less is More – Avoid unnecessary embellishments; the strength of the design should come from simplicity and elegance.

Additional Notes:
• The business is small but specialised, focusing exclusively on property styling for sales and interior design.
• The logo should reflect high-end presentation, sophistication, and a keen eye for detail—just like the service we offer.
• While we’re open to creative input, we want to keep brand recognition intact by maintaining the style and simplicity of the old logo.
Upper or lower case letters does not matter.

Deliverables:
• Primary logo in black and white
• Alternative version incorporating the blue (if applicable)
• Files in vector (AI, EPS) and web-friendly (PNG, JPEG, SVG) formats
• Both stacked and horizontal variations (if necessary)

Would also like a very simple Brand guide to go with it just showing the right colours used and typography etc... But this will be done once design is approved.

Also check out the old logos for ideas it could be as simple as re doing the original logo but looking more modern.
