Logo Design Brief

I need a logo designed for my Airbnb that is located in Bowhill South Australia. The name of the bnb is Bespoke at Bowhill. It sits directly on the river front surrounded by old gum trees. The house has been architecturally designed and built and is very sleek and modern with all the high-end trimmings. It will be a luxury getaway, so I want the logo to reflect that.
I have attached the drawings of the house so you can get a feel for it.
We want the logo to draw people in.
