Logo Design Brief

I have used this logo for several years and feel it no longer represents the company. I am in the process of redesigning Sail in Mexico's website (sailinmexico.com) and want to use this opportunity to update the brand's visual identity.
Objective: We are seeking a new logo design for "Sail in Mexico" that aligns with our updated vision of providing services to a wealthier clientele. The new logo should reflect our commitment to use modern, luxurious, comfortable, and well-maintained sailing yachts for our sailing courses and sailing holidays.

The logo should be modern, elegant, and simple. It should maintain the essence and spirit of our current logo while evolving its look.
The design should be versatile and easily adaptable for various applications, including shirts, hats, bottles, and other promotional items.
While it can incorporate sailing themes, the logo does not need to feature the letters "SIM."
Consider using sleek lines and contemporary elements that suggest luxury and sophistication.
Use a color palette that conveys a sense of tranquility and elegance, which can evoke feelings associated with sailing and the ocean.
Deliverables:
Provide the final logo in various formats suitable for both print and digital use. Provide in color and black and white.
Include a style guide that outlines the color codes, font recommendations, and usage guidelines. To date, we have used "Pirulen", and could keep it, but are open to suggestions.
