Logo Design Brief

The name (RAD) is from my 3 kids middle initials, so I would like something in the design to represent 3. I'm in the concrete construction industry, I would like a modern and minimal design that would be used on website, business cards, truck signage. Black and dark greys would be my preferred color scheme but I'm open to color creativity from the designer.
