We are a company dedicated to establishing relationships and facilitating negotiations in the franchise industry. Our name is The Franchise Brokers Association www.franchiseba.com, and we want to create a line of t-shirts with creative designs that do NOT serve as branding for us but are truly artistic. These designs should relate to the franchise industry while being attractive enough for our audience to genuinely want to wear them—and wear them more than once.
We want a t-shirt that represents us, yes, but at the same time feels like something you'd buy at a store.
Important: The compass is the icon that represents our company, it is important to add this element as a part of the composition. If we could get creative with the compass and make it a bit more animated or fun that would be great.
We have three concepts in mind:
Option 1: Busy Design (Style: 80’s Metal Rock Band / Harley Davidson)
A complex design that involves creating a character and combining various graphic elements into a full composition.
Main Character: A figure resembling the Monopoly man (NO 3D) with money, surrounded by old-school rock and roll elements: rock music, guitars, bikes, hard rock, etc.
Think of an illustration featuring a Monopoly-style character with a top hat, monocle, and suit. He is confidently holding a blank circular emblem, which can represent an organization or association. The design style should be like a metal rock band visual identity from the 80s.

Option 2: Graphic Composition - Vintage Florida Design
A lighter design with fewer elements, complemented by a creative phrase relevant to the franchise industry.
This design doesn’t feature a central character but instead combines several elements associated with Florida: flamingos, Florida wildlife, theme parks, alligators, palm trees, beaches, oranges, Kennedy Space Center, etc.
---------------
Option 3: Typography-Based Design (Vintage Florida Design)
A fully typographic design where the phrase itself becomes the centerpiece, styled in a way that makes the text part of the overall design.
For example, a lettering style with a vintage, Victorian, or serif aesthetic enriched by graphic elements to enhance the text. The design should align with the OLD FLORIDA STYLE while reflecting a distinctly "American" vibe. Including the U.S. flag in the artwork is an important element.
We are NOT asking the designer to create all three options. Instead, choose one and develop your best proposal. If you’d like to create one of each, you’re welcome to do so.
