Our Niche: Creatively maximizing value on every build, we transform infill lots in the Treasure Valley into thoughtfully designed spec homes that embrace growth through every challenge, creating spaces where stories and communities thrive.

We're a younger group, that is aggressive, eager and creative. We need a brand to represent our home building business. It needs to be edgy. We build a home, not a box.
