Logo Design Brief

I need a modern logo design for my automotive engineering company. I test vehicles and award a badge as an award for vehicles that are free of defects. My name (Christian Behr) should be the focus, the graphic elements of the logo should only be subtle and not distract from the name. The text (Ingenieurbüro Behr) or (Ingenieurbüro Christian Behr) should be included. The font size of the name (Christian Behr) should be larger and more prominent than the font size of (Engineering company). The font should tend to be easy to read and more upscale rather than too fancy. The use of colors should be the corporate identity colors red #DA1F3D or #A5182C and gray #555555 or black and white.
