Signage Design Brief

We need to update our business cards and for sale signs for a luxury real estate team. We need to have the "Real" logo instead of "Keller Williams" and we need the cards to convey that we are a luxury real estate team, contemporary and modern. Use our The Louie Ortiz Group logo, website (www.LouieOrtiz.com) and past designs for design inspiration. Colors should be same or similar as old cards. The old card on back was blue with foil of our logo in blue and gray.
The for sale sign is 36"wide and 24" tall also needs "Real" instead of Keller Williams.
