We need a logSurplus Champions, LLC is a company that specializes in helping individuals recover surplus funds left over after mortgage foreclosure or tax foreclosure sales. In many cases, when a property is sold at auction for more than the outstanding debt owed, the remaining funds (the “surplus”) belong to the previous property owner. Unfortunately, most people don’t realize they are entitled to these funds, and we step in as their advocate to ensure they reclaim what’s rightfully theirs.
