Web Design Brief

We are changing name from "Dental Office of Dr. Beanca Chu" to this new name of "Brookhurst Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics". We have an existing site, but have not gotten a new domain.... Figure that we could start with a new website design for now. My old site: www.byebyesugarbugs.com has the menu tabs and info that I need. I just need to update the whole design. The old design has little kids and babies playing on sand....I think the graphics is too fake. Please re-design, but keep the tabs. New logo is attached.
