Logo Design Brief

We need a modern and appealing logo for our cable distribution cabinets in the "Florida" series. The design should create a clear visual connection between electricity, energy and concrete, while conveying subtle associations with the name "Florida". At the same time, a regional reference to the Thurgau region (CH) should also be made, for example by depicting an apple as a symbol.

Concept and inspiration:
The name "Florida" stands for sun, warmth and palm trees and serves as creative inspiration. This atmosphere should be combined with the technical precision and quality of our Eastern Swiss products. An apple, as a symbol for the Thurgau region (known as the "apple canton"), can also strengthen the connection to our roots.

Requirements for the logo:
Style:

Modern, minimalist and clear
Timeless and appealing for the electrical industry
Colors:

Adaptation to the existing color schemes of our brands BETOX and kabelschacht.ch
red, white and grayscale
Elements:

Symbolic representations such as concrete structure and energy flow (e.g. streamlines, lightning)
Visual elements reminiscent of Florida, e.g. palm trees or the sun
An apple as a reference to the Thurgau region
The lettering “Florida Cable Distribution Cabinets” must be centrally integrated and harmoniously connected with the visual elements
Logo text:
