Logo Design Brief

Hello everyone. I want an oval company logo, WTK in the oval. The W somehow raised in the background and TK a little smaller at the front. Around the oval in small writing at the top "Winkler Transporte" and at the bottom "Kabelrecycling" I assume that the WTK has to be hatched somehow with several colors? Preferred colors silver gold black. Preferably black in the background and white for the oval edge? I've already tried it myself on your site, but it doesn't work for me in a way that makes it look good.
You have to tell me the budget, would it be best to have a fixed price per attempt? I have no idea.
There will be stickers and patches on caps or jackets, possibly also for printing on clothing.
