Graphic Design Brief

I want a hotel building channel later design that's going to go on the side and front of the building and a large Billboard sign that is modern and has a background color. Dimensions are attached. I am looking for something that would look memorable and something that people would remember. Building channel letter need to be easily readable in white color.
