Flyer Design Brief

We are looking to have a flyer made for Battle of the Bands event featuring kids. It is a fundraising event hosted by us, AMPCO Contracting. Proceeds raised from the event will benefit Stars and Stripes and Orange School for Arts. This information should be reflected on the flyer somewhere, and will provide the logos.
We will post a sample of something we mocked up in AI for inspiration.
The title should be "Battle of the Bands".
The subtitle should be "Sky's the Limit"
The date of the event is February 27, 2025 at 5 pm.
The location of the event is Lyon Air Museum in Irvine, CA.
