Logo Design Brief

Design a corporate logo for a new accounting/ tax/ advisory firm.
I’d like the logo to look professional with a touch of flare. I’ve included a pic of a sketch I did as an idea of what I had in mind but also happy to see variations.
The logo will go on letter head, website and all other corporate correspondence. I’d like to be able to shorten it when needed e.g pull the “MA” graphic away from the words for stickers etc.
