We've recently signed an artist to our roster that needs an updated logo to align with a revised marketing/branding strategy. The artist is a DJ/producer of dance music (for specific reference: tech house, minimal house, progressive house).
We are seeking a straightforward design that's masculine and easy to read. It should be contemporary with a strong presence, but not look too aggressive or "blocky". It should be foxy, sly, and charismatic, to align with the artists' personality. Also, urban/social influences (i.e. brushstroke/graffiti, skater, punk, etc.) is encouraged and appreciated. We've included a press photo, and a flyer with a font the artist liked, but felt was too basic. We'd like something with a unique flair/signature element. Additional attachments are examples of other logos the artist likes and are for reference use only.
