Logo Design Brief
I am rebranding under the name Neurodiverse Universe Speech Pathology.
I work with a school-aged paediatric population.
I am passionate about neurodiversity-affirming practice and I am on the Autism Spectrum myself.
I love rainbow colours (but I would prefer more pastel rainbow colours).
I love space.
I would like a logo that could be used for multiple purposes (e.g. business card, name badge, website, invoices, letterhead, reports).
I am interested in the concept of an icon/image that isn't too busy to the side or above the writing, so that the image can also be used as a watermark to represent the business without the writing.
I also have a concept idea of the business name forming an infinity symbol, with shooting stars completing the infinity symbol (see images).
The other concept I am interested is a child reaching up to the stars or to star helium balloons (to represent the universe in my business name and also celebrating neurodiversity).
I do not like mixed case fonts (e.g. NeuRodiversity). I like either capitals at the start of words only, or words completely in capitals.
I like modern and youthful but legible fonts. Fonts preferred to be dyslexia friendly, as I work with many dyslexic individuals, but I also want it to look stylish.
I like the idea of some element of mixed colours in the design to represent neurodiversity/autism.
I don't like disorganised patterns.
I love balance and symmetry.
I am interested in the concept of line drawings (optional infilling with colour) as this may reflect the skills of children.
