Logo Design Brief

Logo for real estate business in Southwest Michigan. Would like to incorporate state of Michigan outline in logo or southwest coastal area of Lake Michigan. Also use of cottage style home and or pine trees in logo. If possible, please add a small type 3rd line to the logo as follows: "Also serving NW Indiana & Chicago area in partnership with the Anne Rodia Group". I have uploaded a photo of my companies signage with my current logo. New logo design would need not fit the space of current logo and compliment company logo and colors.
