Logo Design Brief

I would love to have the following included in the design for my companys logo with the intention to use it as report template headers and email signature logo.
- Background - solid colour (pastel yellow)
- Heart (baby blue/pastel) centred in middle + black border
- Sun inside heart with simple line work for sun beams (sun; slightly darker shade to background, beams; black) + black border
- small Clouds, 2-3 overlapping heart, but not sun (white) + black border
- Company Name to be shown: Sunny Sounds Speech Therapy (These can be on seperate lines e.g. Sunny Sounds as primary text, Speech Therapy as secondary below. + text in black
