Logo Design Brief

We need an updated logo design for a commercial real estate construction management and construction consulting firm that has been in business for 25 years and is headquartered in Cocoa Beach, FL. CCDI, LLC offers national construction consulting, construction draw inspections, and risk reduction services, for over 60 commercial lenders and insurance and M&A firms. Our services include draw inspections, property condition assessments, collateral asset reports, plan and cost reviews, project management, cost estimation, design and construction oversight and risk mitigation. Our tagline is focused on progress. We would like to see designs that modernize our logo, emphasize a clearer modern building skyline, provide depth to the lettering with a steel city look, and emphasize the eyeglass which symbolizes our attention to project details.
