I’m looking for a logo for myself as a freelance videographer, under the name Christopher Papakostas, to use on my website, business cards, T-shirts, and more in the future.
I want the logo to feel individual and timeless, with a preference for a hand-drawn style, but I’m open to other design ideas. Since I’m a freelance cameraman, the logo will represent my personal brand, so it should balance creativity with professionalism.
Here’s more detail on what I’m looking for:
- The logo should convey both creativity and professionalism, as I work on a variety of projects, from artistic cinematography to commercial films.
- While I primarily work with small businesses and up-and-coming fashion brands, I also collaborate with larger corporations and clients, so professionalism is key.
- I’d like a minimalist design with a hand-drawn touch. It can be slightly cartoony for a creative feel, but not too much, in order to maintain a sense of professionalism.
- Subtle videography references, such as a camera or film reel, could be interesting, but I’d prefer these elements to be understated.
- The logo will primarily be used across digital platforms (like my website and video credits) as well as in print (business cards and T-shirts), so it needs to be versatile and scalable.
- I’d like the design to work well in both color and black-and-white formats. A neutral or monochrome palette is my preference, but I’m open to other color suggestions.
If it helps, I’m also inspired by logos that are simple yet have a unique, personal touch, and I’d like to avoid anything that feels overly corporate or generic.
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and working on this!
