Logo Design Brief

I would like a logo designed for my web based commercial real estate property listing service. The website & app is for commercial real estate professionals to list properties for lease or sale. We do not advertise homes so I don't want any thing with a home based theme. I would like the logo to convey that listingswap.com is a professional network or hub for brokers to connect trade opportunities. Color preference are blues and greys but open to any colors.
