Logo Design Brief

We are a church located in Florida. We are starting a movement centered around the term "COMMISSIONED" with a tagline of "Called To Go". This movement involves taking people that are in the church and encouraging them to get out of the pew and have a purpose in the mission field. This is all based around going outside of the church into the neighborhoods or the nations around the globe to share the Christian gospel. We are looking for a logo design with some sort of very simple and clean iconic symbol along with the words "commissioned and tagline called to go" associated with the logo. The icon should have something to do with people standing up out of the pew and going out into the world. We do not desire to have anything associated with a globe or a picture of the earth. That seems to be old-fashioned to us we do not want to go that direction. We're looking for something edgy and trendy. We want the icon to be representative of "calling people into action". The logo should have something associated with momentum or moving forward. Here are three examples attached of a simple icon that we like.
