What's the point of drawing at random? Or are you just interested in looking at a couple of hundred similar logos that are somehow googled for booze and whiskey? If so, then of course I understand.

Great question: It's a combination of "I'll know it when I see it" and "A great brand will grab me by the throat and make me smile." You know what I mean? I've designed a boatload of logos in past years. Also, Aaron Draplin and the Minnesota designer who did Fossil Watches for a while.

I do believe we have a winner! And yes, their use of negative space and fonts is excellent. I also found a second designer who did a great job of making the logo represent the actual purpose of the brand. So I'm feeling good about this. Keep rockin' your designs! It's worth it!
