Logo Design Brief

The picture I am including is exactly what I am looking for, with the exception of the welder. I want to keep the same exact design, layout, colors, but replace the welder with a man(blacksmith) in the same clothing and replace the welding mask with a dark silhouetted face who has a long beard and also replace the welder in his hand with a large sledge style hammer. I want the hammer to be hitting exactly where the sparks are and for him to be standing more upright with an outstretched arm like he has just struck that spot.
