The name reflects the company, which is a joint venture between the TSG (The Sculptors Group) and 8th Element both independent companies that have come together to provide consulting services for Europe and Middle East. 8th Element is Oxygen and the intent is for the company to be oxygen for customer operations and the sculptors groups goal is a to sculpt a valuable outcome for their customers.
