May I assume "2X Your Revenue and Treatment Acceptance" is the title of the book?
If so, may I assume your book is to be a standard 6" x 9" paperback book cover? If not exact, the design can be adjusted later.
The back cover will need content and the spine width will be determined by the number of pages. If you want to decide on back cover text later, I will show placeholders for missing content.

Hi All, Here's some clarifications:
1.) Title is: "2X Revenue and Treatment Acceptance"
2.) Author is: David R. Pearce, DDS
3.) Current manuscript is 128,000 words. My feeling is 6" x 9" will be too thick. Larger size is probably better so total pages in the 240 - 280 pages.
4.) There will be a back cover text only and I have not completed that.
5.) Concept of the book is to show dentists who want to signicantly grow their business (double it = 2X) they will need to think differently, add and improve systems, insert leadership down their organization and greatly improve their sales and communication skills.
