Logo Design Brief

This is a logo design for a new venture boat manufacturing and full service company.
We will primarily be building recreational aluminum vessels as well as servicing and supplying boat engines and services.
Initially it is a fairly open source design, the main requirement is for it to be black/white primary color so it can work well on either with a good splash of either dark or aqua blue thrown in for some pop.
Only design input at this stage was the idea of doing a 'boat' related logo incorporated into the 'A' so that could be used stand alone as a logo or paired with the rest of the text as full signage.
It needs to be clean and professional but stylized to suit the industry.
