Logo Design Brief

We had a logo made for our last business that I will attach. But we drew up a new Ampersand that we would like cleaned up and incorporated.

You can put your own spin on it if you feel like something else would look better. But we were envisioning:
A large ampersand with a heart on it.
Below have it say: The Heart & Co. Foundation (similar to the previous logo)

Our son has congenital heart disease (was born with heart issues) and are starting a foundation to help kids like him.

Our colors are Tan #D1C7BD and Red #65080F. We were thinking the tan #D1C7BD color for the background and red #65080f for the font. Or a color scheme similar

If you have other ideas, please send them our way! We aren’t 100% on our vision, but like the look of it.
