Logo Design Brief

I require a social media logo (optimized for YouTube, but ideally also usable on Twitter and Instagram) for a modern new outdoors nature-oriented YouTube channel.

The logo should by high-contrast and stand out among Youtube channel icons (e.g. in a feed of recommended videos) as well as capture the essence of the channel, which will feature casual outdoor videos around the Pacific Northwest (British Columbia, Canada & Washington state, USA), mostly the surrounding nature taken on hikes around the area.

The channel name is "PNW Casual Outdoors" and should ideally appear on the logo (doesn't need to be readable in small icon size, but I'll also want to be able to use the logo in the intro of each video in larger format). The Pacific Northwest is famous for its fir trees, snow-capped mountains, and proximity to the ocean.

The logo could maybe be circular to reflect how most social media sites display them. The label "PNW Casual Outdoors" could appear within or outside the circular part (in the latter case I would just use the circular part for social media icons and the larger version with the writing for larger format applications).

If you can animate the logo (cool vibe, modern Youtube intro), I could increase the budget accordingly, but this is non-essential for this first job.
