Graphic Design Brief

I would like a design for stickers and tshirts full color for a Dog Park and Bar in Marietta Ga. It is a park where dogs can be off leash and play and people can have a beer or cocktail and relax and watch their dog Play!!
I want it to say at the top - Dogs are our world and have a world or something - and then a couple dog faces or ? and below it say - Drafty Dane - Marietta, GA and if you have room - come. sip. stay. I want it too look very cute but upscale, not cartoonish. It has to have a Great Dane in it. Colors greens, blues, light blue PMS 9460C sending examples
