T-shirt Design Brief

We need a y-shirt of a mouth with a tongue out licking an ice cream. But: in the tongue there’s the phrase “I’m paid to talk”, and the ice cream is a microphone melting a little. We need something cool. This is for the Voice Over community.
The design I’m uploading is made with basic icons, and it’s only to give you an idea.
Also, please flip the position of the elements, being the mouth on the left and the mic in the right. Thanks!
