Logo Design Brief

We will celebrate our 75th anniverary as a company I would like a logo to reflect that milestone. I would like the logo to have either the whole logo or have influences from our standard logo (see attached). We are an excavation/construction company based out of Arkansas working across the state to build inspiring projects that creat community value and social prosperity.
