Logo Design Brief
Please read these instructions entirely as this is exactly what we need. The attachment tells you exactly, too. Anything outside of this instruction will not be considered. We need updates to our logo, attached, and instructions on email, too. The current content "THE MARYLAND GROUP" and "REAL ESTATE" must be in Roboto font. It can stay black. The lower banner graphic and "Of Long & Foster" has to come out completely and will no longer be a part of the design. Please replicate the banner and fill in the design of the red/white/mustard/black on the bottom to match the top (it is also the Maryland state flag if that helps). We would like everything to look exactly the same with the exception of these changes. Same colors etc. Please do not change, please replicate as close as possible. This will also turn into another job for our Delaware logo. Thank you!
