Logo Design Brief

Logo for new company: HTX Pipe and Insulation. I'd like the logo to "brand" for both products - ideally same logo (HTX), but different color for the pipe and different color for the insulation. Best example I saw of this was recently Houston Northeast Church changed their name and logo. The logo remains the same, but has different colors for the kids ministry or youth ministry. I uploaded that logo as an example.
