Logo Design Brief

Looking for a new logo and name for a development site we just closed on - this project was public housing and was called west Brighton houses . The site is massive and is very green with large trees that create a new shaded canopy as the main roadway/ entrance into the site that consists of over 8 midrise buildings with 600 apartments. Historical maps showed a lake on site that is since gone.
