Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a consulting business I am launching out of the Willamette Valley in Oregon wine country. While my specialty is in wine club membership management, I would like a classic and contemporary look to the logo so I can consult beyond the wine industry as well. So that if someone outside the wine industry sees my logo/ branding they don't think it's wine specific, but a consultant who can help them on their strategizing project as well. I would like it to be the two letters "Q" and "V" incorporating the color of Burgundy, maybe Bordeaux.
