Car Wrap Design Brief

I'm not quite sure what style design is desired. There are 5 brand colors: muted teal, muted yellow, white, black, and dark gray.
The ask is for a full wrap for a sprinter van.
The audience is Black small business owners across the state of Michigan. The focus is on the words "MBBA Express".
The slogan can go under their business logo. The slogan is: "Change starts here."

The final design shouldn't be boring or dated but vibrant and exciting. The founders are also young trailblazers but are serious about helping small black business owners no matter what their business is.

• Maybe some stock photos of happy small black business owners. If possible, show a design with stock photos and another option without photos.
