MEDIA KIT PPTX
The PowerPoint to work from is attached. Images on some slides may be low res, which we will replace in final design, so please work with the low res in the PPTX. DesignCrowd's file size limitation on uploads prevents me from providing all the high res images.
You will see in the PPTX, there are several sections of build slides that I've skipped. I can recreate the builds from the all-inclusive slides.
PROJECT SUMMARY
================
Redesign an existing Media Kit PowerPoint presentation to bring its aesthetic in line with a “Luxury & Luxury Lifestyle” perception/takeaway.
The Media Kit will be used in in-person and Zoom call meetings (presented on a laptop or iPad), as well as being emailed as a PDF, to convince product and service business to advertise in the magazine.
With the new design, the Media Kit should live comfortably alongside the magazine itself - be related to it visually and in tone & manner; not an identical twin per se but definitely a closely related brother or sister.

Luxury Home Magazine is the leader in the market-specific presentation of luxury homes and the luxury lifestyle.
It is a glossy, oversized, "coffee table" printed magazine.

WHO RECEIVES/READS THE MAGAZINE?

The magazine is targeted and direct mailed and emailed in the San Francisco East Bay Area to:
(1) affluent (median income: $300K) owners of homes with a resale value of $2.5 million and above (audience is equally male & female)
(2) the luxury realtors & builders who service these buyers and sellers
WHO ADVERTISES IN THE MAGAZINE?

As you'll see, this is not a lifestyle magazine with editorial, etc., at least not now, but rather a real estate specific vehicle for the presentation of luxury home listings and the realtors and realties behind the listings.
Additionally, in the near future, Affiliated products and services will also be advertised. These include products and services for: wealth management, mortgage and title, insurance, luxury cars, high-end jewelers, interior design & decor, architects, remodling services, furniture, lighting, window and wall treatments, landscape architecture, pools & pool service, etc. Really anything related to the purchase or sale of a $2.5M+ home and the related activities of new home ownership.

Slide count to remain about the same at 15 slides +/-; expect that dense slides will be presented in slide builds, which will be crated from your design
Pickup copy, as is from the Powerpoint provided
FPO Visual assets in the PowerPoint should be replaced with their respective high res versions in the accompanying folder (assets are organized by slide number for reference)
Any additional visual assets you might recommend we use must be royalty free and preferably low to no cost
As this Media Kit will not be printed, only used digitally, extremely high res images are not necessary
