Tattoo Design Brief

Looking for creative tatoo design that symbolizes my family. Must integrate family name and represent my five children, three boys and two girls. They are named William (DOB 2 Sep 03 - Ottawa), Gary (26 Apr 06 - Athens), Alexander (5 Jan 08 - Athens), Addison (21 Aug 09 - at home, I delivered her) and Kaitlyn (16 Jun 11 - Jerusalem). I do not want portraits, but do not know what additional relevant information you may consider to include (DOB, place of birth, and one comment has been added to the brief for possible inclusion, etc. I would be interested if there are any other details you would think would be relevant). Looking for options to achieve a factual representation in a creative manner. Thank you.
