Illustration Design Brief

I am a golf teaching professional and I would like black and white, realistic sketches designed to print as a series of thank you cards. I would like to have a realistic holstein (black and white) dairy cow (female cow with an udder and no horns. Note dairy cows are different from beef cows) on a golf course, with or without people or kids - backgrounds could be mountains or hills or water etc.
No writing is necessary.
My logo is included - could be hidden in the sketch somehow but it does not need to be front and center and I would rather it not be.
