Logo Design Brief

I would like to take our existing logo and make it better. I would like to build off of our existing logo. I would like to remove the “ and painting “ and add in some commercial buildings as well to show that we do commercial and residential work. I will attach a picture i saw online that we liked and would like you to incorporate a similar design but with your own twist.
