Logo Design Brief

I am a meteorologist who specializes in severe weather forecasting. I have started a consulting business where I will teach severe weather forecasting courses to other meteorologists, including some students who are in the government/military and emergency services in order to keep people safe from storms. I specialize in spiraling tropical storms like hurricanes, typhoons, and cyclones, as well as tornadoes. I also intend to publish some books on the topic of meteorology. I would like to request a design for a standalone logo, as well as a design for a PPT slide template which can also be used as a letterhead. A professional logo and design with a theme that can be used for all 3 things would be ideal! For reference, I have attached 4 graphics: the hurricane flag, the hurricane symbol, a hurricane satellite image, and a hurricane radar image. Please feel free to incorporate any of these (or none) as you see fit. Red is the standard color of the symbols, but please feel free to use a different color scheme for this design according to what inspires you. I have no color preference for this set of logo/template/letterhead. Anything that looks professional and captures the spirit of severe weather training/outreach would be great. Be creative!
