Logo Design Brief

Hi, I'm looking for a professional company logo for a primarily industrial based project management and electrical and automation company.
I also need a business card design, email signature and a template for a website.
I've attached two files, the proactive logo with gears would need to say Proactive Aus.
Or we could try it as Proactive Aus with the Australia map logo.
Looking for a few ideas.
