Logo Design Brief

Looking for a new design/logo for my Custom Cabinet making business- called Grusby Woodworks. Likely with the sub text: Custom Cabinetmakers
Will be used for Vehicle (Van) logo, as well as business card and stationary and website header. same design, (with added text as separate text lines that can be added/removed by me with name, phone number, email so I can repurpose the logo in each application). May need two color versions, one for light background and one for dark, depending on logo/lettering color for best contrast. We do not want a hamer, saw, or any other carpentry tool in the logo. more clean and modern looking. Preferental to light-medium green color (for consistency with our current color scheme) in logo but flexible. included is our current logo. (love the color, just looking for an update and refresh) general feel i'd like: modern, organic, clean, distinct, not visually busy. Company name: Grusby Woodworks
