T-shirt Design Brief

I need a t-shirt design or designs that are unique and related to the tactical aspects of military operations or law enforcement. I would like the designs to be more realistic in nature. I have attached a photo of an example. Mostly dark colors with an occasional bright color to help the artwork stand out. Anything that can be represented of war, or combat as it relates to the individual user...i.e. no tanks etc. needs to feel personal. The 3rd brigade photo of the drone operator is one design I envision. I attached my logo and other examples from similar companies. You can use the good photos from the Ukraine war as an example
