Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a blog I am starting "Pages of a Bookish Life: bookdragon to storyteller".
This project is starting as my first step towards becoming an author. An avid reader, I've immersed myself in books my whole life never really considering writing as something I could do. I am removing the self-imposed block and taking a chance to do something that has captured my heart since I've been a little girl. The blog will have commentary on my journey, reviews of favorite books and current reads, deep dives (commentary, ideas, thoughts, theories)into current reads, short stories as I begin to write and hone the craft. Anything that has a story will be fair game. I am doing this for me with the aim to possibly monetize if others resonate with my thoughts on books and to reach a bigger dream.
I am drawn to purples/violet/teal colors at this stage but I am open to creative discretion on color choices.
I want to portray the idea of a journey into a magical, fantastical, world of books. From reading to writing.
