Logo Design Brief

I have recently opened a new online business that is affiliated with our original business, "The Mindful Living Centre". The new business is called "The Mindful Living Institute", and it will be focused on online psycho-education (e-courses and podcast).

I would like to revise the existing logo in a way that both maintains brand consistency and introduces a clear differentiation for "The Mindful Living Institute."

This should involve:
Keeping core design elements or color schemes consistent to leverage the existing brand equity and stay "on brand"
Colour codes:
blue: #406980 (R64 G105 B128) (C80 M51 Y36 K11)
orange: #F5883F (R245 G136 B62) (C0 M57 Y84 K0)

Utilizing a variation in the logo text or typography to signal a distinct but related entity, perhaps through a different font style or incorporating an additional design element that reflects education and advancement.

As such, I would propose, at minimum:
-substituting the word "Institute" for "Centre" (and possibly using a different font?) in the attached MLC logos

and

-changing the sub-text / tagline from "Cognitive Therapy and Assessment" to either (i) Learn ● Grow ● Transform (with dots vs. hyphens or commas) or (ii) Psychoeducation and Wellness (I will decide which I prefer once I see them)

...and as an experiment, I'd like to see a version with a small change / distinct design element reflecting education if it doesn't make the design too busy (e.g., replacing the bonzai tree with a "brain / bulb" combo or different style of tree that reflects online learning, perhaps something like the attached generated by DALL-E? Please feel free to come up with other ideas)

Once we settle on an approved design based on a few variations of the above, I would like to have the logo done up with blue, white and transparent backgrounds, and in all major formats (e.g., png, jpg, pdf, ai) please.
