Logo Design Brief

We are starting an HVAC company. Our other companies logos have a real life look to them. We are wanting to keep the square font UC tied into our logo and want to see the hot and cold come to life and grab our potential customers attention
On the current UCS design we like the one with the black back drop. One of our guys like the hands with the hot/cold.

The UC would need to be flipped though the orange should be blue and the blue should be orange.
